The LMX is a d.c. motor, with 4 poles and servoventilated. They are built in three different lengths, with the same MEC 100 size, with a B5 front flange and a d.28 shaft. These motors are called: LMX 100/C - LMX 100/L - LMX 100/2L.
The protection degree is IP 23.
Technical data
The stator pack has a square form and it is lamellar. The armature stack is realized with a magnetic sheet with a very low loss. The wire winding is constituted of isolated copper with a class f insulation and it is also impregneted with a special insulating paint, thanks to the drop by drop method, this treatment allows to the winding to support a to support a temperature of 160°c.
The shaft is build with special high-strength steel. The brush holder is designed by us, and it allows to change the brush very easily.
Applications
These motors are recommend for every heavy applications, even at very low speed and they can also tolerate an overload of 20-30% of their nominal power.
For these reasons, the LMX is an high quality product and it can satisfy the most exigent customer.
